I’m lucky enough to live in an Italian landscape. You know what I mean. Those rolling hills, covered with vineyards? And a row of cypress trees perched on the next hill, leading to a crumbling castle?
My friends Maddine Insalaco and Joe Vinson are lucky too. They spend half the year in the heartbreakingly beautiful hills of Tuscany, just near Buonconvento. Yesterday I got a chance to see what they were up to, when not leading water color painting classes. They had a small show last night, of their latest works. Here are some of my favorite. Sorry I don’t have titles or even who did what….if you are interested in more info, just contact Maddine.
I’ll let the images speak for themselves.
